This combined service allows the smooth running of the data centre maintenance which will be handled by our friendly professional team who will arrange all the service visits, log any emergency call outs and ensure that all follow up documentation is kept up to date.
We are flexible in our approach to maintenance, so we do not disrupt business operations. A schedule of diary dates will be provided for support in pre-booking any scheduled visits, associated RAMS and pre-site inductions will be in order prior to each service visits. Continuity of engineers attending site is recommended ensuring consistency of all service calls.
