This combined service allows the smooth running of the data centre maintenance which will be handled by our friendly professional team who will arrange all the service visits, log any emergency call outs and ensure that all follow up documentation is kept up to date.
We are flexible in our approach to maintenance therefore not disrupting your business, a schedule of diary dates will be provided for support in pre-booking any scheduled visits, associated RAMS and pre-site inductions will be in order prior to each service visits. Continuity of engineers attending site is recommended ensuring consistency of all service calls.
Emergency out of hours calls are all dealt with effectively and efficiently by our trained staff, ensuring the correct procedures are followed at all times, response times upheld, and any faults rectified as a priority.
Detailed reports will be submitted following each service visit, highlighting any remedial works recommended, ensuring that at all times your critical infrastructure is fully operational and all SLA’s are achieved.
